**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturdays as required by company demand. **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Service provider – legal entity * Responsible for the Votuporanga branch (operational, administrative, and commercial departments). * Route planning for deliveries and pickups within the less-than-truckload (LTL) segment and supermarket deliveries. * Customer and affiliate prospecting; analysis and actions to reduce branch costs and affiliate costs. * Management of pickup and delivery routes with minimal cost while meeting established delivery deadlines, and reporting delivery incidents to headquarters. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics. * Knowledge of delivery route planning in Votuporanga and surrounding areas. * Experience in less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation, people management, performance indicators, affiliate management, cost control, commercial sector knowledge (customer prospecting), and administrative sector knowledge. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
