




**Responsibilities:** * • Assist in plating dishes, snacks, and hamburgers according to the establishment’s standards. * Monitor order entry and exit in the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and organization of the order flow. * Check and organize refrigerators, overseeing periodic cleaning and proper food storage. * Comply with internal regulations, good hygiene practices, and food safety standards. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment throughout the shift. * Monitor operational stock levels and report replenishment needs, especially for packaging and plastic containers. * Assist in cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas during and at the end of the shift. * Contribute to maintaining general kitchen order, cleanliness, and organization. * Check and review refrigerator items, monitoring expiration dates and correct labeling. **Desired Profile:** * • Commitment to quality, hygiene, and attention to detail. * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. * Clear, concise, and respectful communication. * Organization, agility, and proactivity to ensure an efficient work environment. * Responsibility and commitment to operational routines.
