Work Location: Votuporanga - SP Your energy will be crucial to: Ensuring the Distribution Management logistics process operates effectively to achieve optimal results, grounded in control, compliance with operational/strategic KPIs, preparation for audits and inventories, monitoring of controls, and implementation of best practices. Responsibilities: * Ensure supply, traceability, control, and organization of materials for construction projects and maintenance, in accordance with strategic planning; * Conduct periodic and annual inventories, stock reconciliation, control of idle materials, and material identification; * Record invoices, review bills, perform accounting adjustments, and track in-transit materials and returns; * Provide technical support to warehouse staff, including analysis of material scheduling and monitoring of material picking and verification; * Monitor logistics KPIs, support audits, and propose process improvements based on diagnostics and best practices; * Interact with internal departments and suppliers to enable direct deliveries and resolve operational discrepancies; * Maintain yard and material organization according to company standards.
