We offer services aimed at optimizing people and organizational process management. **Responsibilities:** Drive the company vehicle to transport the team to work sites. Perform mowing, weeding, cleaning, and maintenance of green areas. Inspect equipment before use (oil, blade, functionality). Use and maintain PPE. Assist in waste and debris removal. Assign tasks to the team and monitor their performance. Guide employees and report to the supervisor on service progress, maintenance needs, and team absences. Position located in Votuporanga / SP. Previous experience as a Gardening Equipment Operator, Cutting Machine Operator, Specialist Gardener, or Garden Tractor Operator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school education in progress. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: 2\.463,91 * Performance-based bonus * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Vehicle Mobile phone recharge: R$ 50.00 (per month).
