The **Construction Laborer** will be responsible for assisting the skilled worker, supervisor or mason in performing civil construction activities in solar energy projects, ensuring good work practices and worksite organization. * Assist the mason or supervisor in construction activities according to received instructions. * Excavate trenches for installation of underground conduits and junction boxes, using appropriate tools. * Mix cement, sand, water, gravel and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar. * Prepare, organize and transport materials, tools, machinery and equipment required for construction activities. * Ensure cleanliness, organization and maintenance of tools and the work environment. * Assist in tasks such as debris removal, moving parts and supporting other teams on the construction site. * Follow safety regulations and technical team guidance to ensure safe and efficient work. * Perform other similar tasks of the same nature and complexity according to worksite demands. **On-site work in Valentim Gentil/SP.** **Benefits we offer:** **\~** Meal allowance/food voucher (Ifood); **\~** Lunch provided on site; **\~** Transportation allowance; **\~** Education assistance; **\~** Life insurance; **\~ Day off** on birthday; **\~ Gift card** for birthday;
