




We are looking for a **Store Manager** to lead the ice cream shop operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, team organization, and business results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the store’s daily operations (opening, closing, and general functioning); * Lead, train, and supervise the team, ensuring strong performance and a positive work environment; * Ensure customer service standards comply with brand guidelines; * Monitor inventory, orders, product expiration dates, and losses; * Track sales, targets, and performance indicators; * Organize work schedules, time off, and attendance records; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) regulations; * Address operational issues and assist customers when necessary. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a manager or supervisor in food service, fast food, or retail establishments; * Leadership, organizational, and proactive profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with teams and customers; * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays); * Completed high school education (advantage: courses in management or food-related fields).
