If you are proactive, analytical, and enjoy solving practical IT challenges, this position is for you! **What you will do:** * Ability to work at heights and in adverse conditions. * Familiarity with installation equipment (e.g.: cranes, ropes, etc.). * Knowledge of network and antenna management software (e.g.: NMS, EMS, etc.). * Installation, configuration, and testing of 5G mobile phone antennas. * Technical education in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Experience in installation and maintenance of equipment (antennas, radio, fiber optics, etc.). * Knowledge of telecommunications networks (4G, 5G, LTE, etc.). * Use of testing tools (spectrum analyzers, signal meters, etc.). * Knowledge of antennas, radio communication systems, and communication protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).4 **Behavioral Competencies:** * Teamwork * Commitment **Minimum Education:** High school diploma.
