Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Unit: São Paulo **Your Day-to-Day** As a Principal Software Engineer, you will work within the Payroll Deduction Loans (Consignado) Management area, performing the following key activities: * Lead architectural and platform evolution decisions for the payroll deduction loans platform; * Design distributed, resilient, and high-performance solutions; * Serve as a technical reference for engineering teams; * Integrate and modernize services using Java, MongoDB, COBOL, and DB2; * Ensure service observability and health using Dynatrace, Elastic, and Datadog; * Collaborate with business, architecture, and security areas on strategic decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Java, Spring, microservices, and APIs; * MongoDB, Redis, and DB2; * Experience working with legacy COBOL environments; * Experience with CLOUD (preferably Azure); * Observability tools: Dynatrace, Elastic Stack, Datadog; * Messaging systems (Kafka/MQ); * Platform solution design for banking environments.
