




Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting with administrative routines, inventory control, invoice issuance, and customer service, ensuring operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in issuing and tracking invoices * Attend the daily morning meeting. * Assist with daily and rotational inventory counting, in accordance with company rules and procedures. * Prepare and forward documents to headquarters departments and dispatch them via courier mail. * Request HR form completion and arrange for their submission. * Identify requirements for office supplies and cleaning materials and submit requests accordingly. * Contact the IT department via GLPI to resolve issues related to systems, connectivity, data transmission, equipment, etc. * Verify and request employee ID badges, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. * Request transportation vouchers from headquarters. * Assist during inspections. * Customer service. * Register incoming merchandise invoices. * Issue transfer invoices between stores. * Process returns of purchase or sales invoices. * Cancel invoices. * Issue billing invoices. * Track shipments with carriers (e.g., reversals, etc.). * Record freight bills. * Issue and track responsibility agreements. * Receive goods and verify accompanying invoices. * Organize goods by arrival order and expiration date. * Sort and verify goods according to requisitions or invoices for dispatch. * Dispatch goods to carriers or customers. * Label tires. * Organize files. * Assist with other tasks as required.
