Operational Supervisor \- Supermarket Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily store operations (opening and closing). * Monitor goods receipt, inspection, and storage. * Ensure adequate stock replenishment, organization, and store layout. * Supervise all departments. * Control losses, damages, and product expiration dates. * Lead, guide, and develop the team. * Ensure excellence in customer service. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety procedures. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Store Manager in supermarkets. * Knowledge of team management and operational routines. * Basic understanding of inventory control, loss prevention, and performance metrics. * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus). * Flexible availability for work hours.
