A team ready to meet all your customers’ needs. JOIN OUR TEAM! TRUCK DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION Transport, collect, and deliver general cargo; handle bulky and heavy loads. Operate other loading/unloading equipment; perform vehicle inspections and repairs; inspect cargo; verify vehicle and cargo documentation. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations. Carry out activities in accordance with technical and safety standards and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Verify product delivery routes according to the route defined by the store manager and branch manager; * Cross-check invoices against the products and batches being unloaded; * Identify the cargo recipient and collect their signature on the invoice, bank slip (boleto), and duplicate receipt; * Maintain and safeguard vehicles, machinery, and equipment—perform cleaning, adjustments, and minor repairs, and request maintenance when necessary; * Drive responsibly, complying fully with Brazilian traffic regulations; * Be responsible for the vehicle’s tachograph and submit it monthly to the supervisor; * Assist in maintaining and cleaning the workplace; * Assist in warehouse stock organization; * Help load and unload the truck according to invoices and the established route; REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Completed high school education; * Forklift/pallet jack operator certification; * CNH – Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category D; * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; * Availability for business travel; * MOPP certification; ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * Meal voucher via Alelo card when working outside the employee’s home municipality; * Life insurance; * Basic food basket as stipulated by the industry’s collective bargaining agreement; * Longevity bonus after two or more years of service with the same company, calculated at 5% (five percent) of the standard wage for a common truck driver, per the collective bargaining agreement; * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) as stipulated by the collective bargaining agreement; 2512090203141456332
