With Komea, we aim to make e-commerce intelligent, proactive, and capable of acting on behalf of merchants — integrating data, context, and strategic partners. **About the Role** We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to be a key player in evolving our data ecosystem at Loja Integrada. You will work closely with business areas, helping transform questions into datasets, queries, and dashboards that guide real-world decisions. You will also organize the Silver and Gold layers, making data more reliable and easier to use — empowering business teams with autonomy and enabling the data team to scale. If you enjoy solving problems, understanding business rules, and turning data “into action”, this role is for you. **Role & Responsibilities** * Collaborate closely with Business Areas to understand problems, formulate hypotheses, and build datasets, queries, dashboards, and analyses supporting action plans and decision-making; * Jointly with our team, design, structure, and maintain Silver and Gold layers, ensuring metric consistency, performance, and reliability for self-service consumption; * Implement and evolve ETL/ELT and data transformation processes (including cleaning, standardization, and enrichment), following analytics/engineering best practices; * Create and maintain documentation (data dictionary, metric definitions, table contracts, usage examples) to increase business team autonomy; * Support building a culture of well-defined data: one metric, one meaning, one trusted source (“single source of truth”); * Use AI tools daily (e.g., copilots/LLMs) to boost productivity while maintaining critical thinking, validation, and traceability of generated outputs.
