BECOME UCDB!** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science; * Postgraduate specialization (Lato Sensu) in the technology field. **Main activities and responsibilities:** * Act as an academic mediator, clarifying students' questions and supporting the learning process; * Monitor students' academic development, providing feedback on assignments and assessments, when applicable; * Mediate disciplines and courses in the areas of **Systems Analysis and Development**, **Big Data and Analytical Intelligence**, **Digital Games**, as well as related disciplines in on-campus programs within the same knowledge area; * Mediate and refer situations of conflict related to pedagogical, didactic, and methodological aspects; * Motivate and engage students in their professional training processes, monitoring their academic output and trajectory. **Competencies:** * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Proficiency in using technologies and Virtual Learning Environments; * Creativity and ability to propose innovative pedagogical solutions and strategies; * Proactivity in identifying academic needs; * Ability to work collaboratively; **Workload:** 12 hours per week
