If you enjoy autonomy, collaboration, and an environment where your ideas are valued, this is where you belong! #JoinWise #BeWise #WiseUp **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the .NET ecosystem. * Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs and/or microservices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, UX/UI designers, other developers) to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. * Lead the architecture and design of new systems, ensuring adoption of best practices and design standards (e.g., SOLID, DDD). * Act as a mentor to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. * Actively participate in agile methodology ceremonies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer, with deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET/.NET Core). * Experience with React. * Experience in API development and microservice architecture. * Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Knowledge and application of design patterns (Design Patterns) and architectural principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD). * Experience writing unit and integration tests. * Proficiency working with version control systems such as Git. **Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory, but would catch our attention!):** * Experience with **Azure or AWS** (Azure Functions, App Service, Lambda, etc.). * Knowledge of **Containerization** (Docker, Kubernetes). * Front-end experience (Angular, Vue.js) is a plus. * Knowledge of **CI/CD** (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). * Experience with **messaging systems** (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).  **Additional Information** **Additional Information** * **Work Model:** **Hybrid in Curitiba/PR**.
