Job Summary: A professional to generate information, assess trends, build dashboards, and automate data processing routines, contributing to decision-making and systemic improvements. Interaction with multidisciplinary teams and facilitation of meetings **THE AMPER GROUP** A Spanish multinational whose objective is to position itself as an international reference in the technological development of communications, industry, and engineering, offering its clients comprehensive and unequivocal solutions within the same value chain. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities and Responsibilities:** * Serve as a reference in generating information related to one’s area of expertise to support decision-making; * Assess trends and recurrence of deviations and events, using diverse data to prioritize risks and propose systemic improvements; * Build dashboards and visualizations; * Perform maintenance and implement enhancements to existing analytics, BI, and AI solutions; * Identify and implement process improvements within one’s area of responsibility; * Seek internal and external benchmarking to optimize tools and deliverables developed by the team; * Explore diverse datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies; * Develop data-driven storytelling presentations; * Proactively identify and implement needs of the team and supported business areas; * Interact with multidisciplinary teams and facilitate meetings across various hierarchical levels; * Structure and standardize existing databases; * Automate data processing routines; * Document databases and KPIs; * Validate and ensure data consistency; * Build KPIs from raw data; * Represent data clearly and objectively to support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields;** * Solid experience in data processing, statistical analysis, and use of connectors for diverse database systems; * Solid experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Power BI dashboard development; * Knowledge of and experience implementing ETL techniques and integration across diverse database systems; * Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; * Strong knowledge of statistics, including probabilistic model development; * Familiarity with leading corporate AI tools and models; * Experience handling and analyzing large-scale databases; * Proficiency in Office 365 tools; **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge/Experience in service-providing companies and/or electric power distribution companies; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management; * Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement; * Experience with risk analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., APR, HAZOP, Bow-tie); * Experience in process automation or system integration; * Understanding of data quality, auditing, and reconciliation; * Knowledge and application of Agile methodologies; * Experience with Figma; * Experience with APIs for solutions and models; * Experience in model validation; * English proficiency sufficient for technical reading. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Wellhub; * Starbem; * Amper Cuida. **Amper Elinsa** is a company specialized in **energy solutions**, operating efficiently, safely, and responsibly to support the operations of the **Equatorial Group**.
