Job Summary: Support the mapping, documentation, and improvement of processes, monitor implementations, and develop procedures to ensure standardization and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor the implementation of new processes, develop procedures and work instructions, and analyze data and key performance indicators to support decision-making. Support the organization of training sessions, interact with internal departments to ensure process implementation, and assist in audits and corrective action follow-ups. *Requirements:* Completed high school; undergraduate studies in related fields preferred; Familiarity with process support, quality, or operations functions. Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Knowledge of process management tools, such as BPM.
