Job Summary: Import Analyst to handle verification of customs clearance documents, administrative processing, calculation of financial amounts, and procedures with approving agencies. Knowledge of English and Spanish (preferred) Company located in Itajaí/SC **Salary:** To be negotiated Benefits: Transportation Allowance / Health Insurance / Meal Allowance: R$1\.000,00 / Salary Advance up to 40%. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour-and-30-minute break. **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or International Relations. **Responsibilities:** Verify supporting documents for import customs clearance; perform administrative processing for imports; verify and correct detailed commodity descriptions; calculate and submit financial amount requests to clients; coordinate with approving agencies (MAPA, ANVISA, INMETRO, SUEXT); issue Import Licenses (L.I.); prepare Registration Instructions for Import Declarations (D.I.); send follow-ups with process updates; monitor approval status of import licenses from approving agencies; handle ICMS processing and payment. Experience as an Import Analyst and comprehensive knowledge of the entire customs clearance process; experience in food and beverage operations (will be a preferred qualification). \*Non-exclusive; knowledge of English and Spanish (will be a preferred qualification).
