We are located on the Santa Catarina coast, offering excellent quality of life! **Job Mission:** Support RMA (Authorized Return Merchandise) processes by assisting in organizing, verifying, recording, and forwarding parts and equipment, ensuring that returns and exchanges proceed in an agile, organized, and traceable manner. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support tracking the RMA process, from shipment to receipt of parts for maintenance or replacement; * Record information and updates in spreadsheets or control systems; * Inspect and organize received parts and equipment, forwarding them for testing or repair; * Assist in issuing and verifying invoices related to the process; * Maintain physical and digital control of RMA documents and records; * Package and prepare parts for shipment, following technical department guidelines; * Assist in communicating with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to update status; * Support administrative and logistics tasks within the department. **✅ Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); * Familiarity with inventory organization, logistics, or equipment maintenance (desirable); * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; * Good communication skills and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with goods shipment and receipt processes; * Basic knowledge of hardware and networks; * Experience with ticketing systems or management spreadsheets; * Currently studying in electronics, hardware, administration, production management, or related fields. **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Camboriú, SC, BR Full-time CLT On-site
