Job Summary: A professional responsible for protecting property and the safety of people and premises, as well as ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Protect the property and safety of the premises and people 2. Perform access control and camera monitoring 3. Inspect people, cargo, and property through patrols **Requirements:** Reside in Porto Belo or nearby areas; Completed security guard training course with up-to-date refresher training; Personal vehicle preferred. **Main Responsibilities:** Protect property, ensure safety of the premises and people, and guarantee compliance with laws, procedures, and regulations. Monitor security cameras. Control access of people and vehicles. Receive and manage movement of people in both unrestricted and restricted areas. Inspect people, cargo, and property. Conduct patrols throughout the entire condominium perimeter. **Working Hours:** 12-hour shifts on a 12x36 schedule **Compensation:** R$2091.63 \+ 30% hazard pay \+ Meal Allowance (R$40.00/day) \+ Attendance Bonus: 7% Payment: Starting from R$2\.091,63 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
