Guides the team, develops and manages work schedules, overtime, and time-off requests, standardizes procedures, and ensures adherence to timelines—thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency, product quality, and excellence in customer service. Works in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, good manufacturing practices manual, established standards, and performance targets.
