Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Civil Engineer to inspect construction sites, review projects, regularize documentation, and assist clients with the Association's regulations. Structuring and implementing inspection processes. **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Civil Engineer to supervise and control construction activities in the neighborhood. This is an opportunity for detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professionals responsible for reviewing architectural projects according to the Construction Guidelines, inspecting construction sites, conducting post-construction inspections, issuing notifications, and overseeing regularization processes. The professional will also be responsible for structuring and implementing inspection processes; controlling and archiving technical and administrative documentation; preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports; and assisting clients and professionals by clarifying Association regulations and procedures. Review of architectural projects according to the neighborhood's Construction Guidelines; Control and archiving of technical and administrative documentation for construction projects; Conducting post-construction inspections to verify compliance with guidelines prior to final approval; Structuring and implementing processes related to inspection activities; Inspection of construction sites within the neighborhood to ensure compliance with established Construction Guidelines; Issuing notifications and monitoring regularization efforts to ensure order and safety in the neighborhood; Preparing daily reports on inspections conducted and non-conformities identified; Producing weekly reports detailing executed activities and presenting achieved results; Issuing monthly reports highlighting major deviations and recurring issues in construction projects; Assisting clients and professionals by clarifying construction regulations and other matters related to the Association. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Benefits: Meal Voucher after 30 days; Health Insurance with 50% covered by the company after 6 months; Dental Plan with affordable employee contribution. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Roderjan/R3KA Companies
