Customer Service Coordinator

If you are a committed, organized professional with a passion for leading and inspiring people, this position is for you! **Main responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring organization and efficiency in daily operations. * Conduct goal- and strategy-alignment meetings. * Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations. * Organize work schedules (including weekends), days off, and vacations. * Initiate and lead the resolution of non-conformities. * Approve and review documents from the Quality Management System (QMS). * Conduct internal audits and promote internal campaigns with the team. * Encourage participation in customer satisfaction surveys. * Monitor and support reception and sample collection areas, ensuring high-quality customer service. * Track monthly KPIs, cash closing procedures, and sample shipment. * Assist in developing training programs and pre\-billing of activities. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Requirements:** * **Completed undergraduate degree** in management- or health-related fields. * Prior experience in team supervision or management. * Advanced knowledge of quality management systems. * Leadership, effective communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive, flexible profile with attention to detail and ability to work well in teams. * Driver's license Category B. **We offer:** * Salary negotiable. * Meal allowance. * Fuel assistance. * Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, with on-site activities IN BRUSQUE. **Location:** LabVW
