Só Telas specializes in manufacturing and selling screens for various purposes, including protection and decoration. With high-quality products, the company serves both residential and commercial markets. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for inventory management. Receives and inspects goods, entering invoices into the system. Conducts price quotations with suppliers and freight quotations by region. Maintains supplier relationships. Analyzes purchasing results and identifies opportunities for cost reduction. Continuously seeks improved products and services. Processes product returns when necessary. Procures cleaning supplies, office materials, and other items required by company departments. Keeps product, service, and supplier data up to date. Issues purchase orders and monitors payments. Tracks the product lifecycle and market trends. Performs product storage, picking, labeling, and packaging. Manages inventory control and maintains updated minimum stock levels. Develops strategies for product organization and storage. Negotiates delivery timelines, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers. Prepares product flow reports for the finance department. Conducts periodic inventory counts. Assists in analyzing e\-commerce operations (logistics, payments, fraud, etc.). Registers, publishes, modifies, and deletes products in the online store. Manages orders, registrations, and integration with billing, logistics, and customer service. Develops strategies for e-commerce and manages online campaigns and advertisements. Manages e\-commerce operations, including order flow, inventory, logistics, and registrations. Controls website promotions and pricing. Analyzes inventory levels and performs adjustments or transfers, preparing quantity and value control spreadsheets. Delivers products when necessary. Performs other related duties. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Supply Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
