Job Summary: Manage the fleet of machines and equipment, plan maintenance activities, and optimize processes to ensure operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Manage maintenance and optimize costs with strategic vision. 2. Develop workshop layouts for higher productivity. 3. Standardize processes and monitor performance indicators. * Manage the fleet of machines, equipment, and tools across stores, ensuring availability, performance, and operational continuity; * Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget; * Administer the maintenance budget, proposing initiatives to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency; * Define strategies for equipment repair, replacement, and acquisition, considering lifecycle, depreciation, and business needs; * Manage suppliers and procurement processes, negotiating delivery timelines, costs, and service levels; * Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory norms and safety standards for operations; * Develop and optimize workshop layouts to enhance productivity and operational workflow efficiency; * Monitor performance indicators, prepare management analyses, and support data-driven decision-making; * Standardize maintenance and equipment management processes across network units, ensuring operational excellence. Requirements: * Experience in maintenance and operation of auto center stores; * Strategic vision for budget management, maintenance planning, and cost optimization; * Analytical, proactive profile with a focus on continuous improvement; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel; * Technical knowledge of lifting, alignment, wheel balancing, and tire mounting/dismounting equipment; * Familiarity with automotive workshop equipment and tools, including electronic diagnostic systems, fluid lines, and pneumatic and precision tools; * Experience with NR-12 and NR-11 regulations. Ability to design and optimize workshop layouts and operational workflows.
