Responsibilities • Lead Phenom’s marketing operations, ensuring alignment among strategy, brand positioning, and execution of departmental tasks; • Maintain continuous alignment with the KNN Group’s Marketing Director, ensuring that departmental decisions, priorities, and deliverables are connected to the group’s strategic guidelines; • Receive, interpret, and break down briefings from various company departments, transforming internal needs into clear action plans for the team; • Manage and oversee the marketing team’s production, including copywriters, designers, lead generation specialists, video editors, and motion designers; • Define priorities, timelines, and workflows for the department, ensuring organization, quality, and on-time delivery; • Conduct alignment meetings with the team and partner departments, promoting clarity regarding objectives, deliverables, and responsibilities; • Conduct one-on-one sessions and monitor employee development, providing guidance, feedback, and support for technical and behavioral growth of the team; • Ensure consistency of Phenom’s communication and brand identity across all touchpoints, materials, and campaigns; • Actively participate in the creation and validation of institutional, promotional, commercial, and internal communication campaigns; • Oversee the production of digital and institutional content, such as blog posts, backlinks, printed materials, social media assets, videos, and presentations; • Serve as the liaison between marketing and other company departments, aligning expectations, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring deliveries in synergy with business objectives; • Support the development of communication plans and campaigns, considering calendar, target audience, channels, and operational strategic needs; • Monitor departmental productivity, delivery quality, and results, proposing process and organizational improvements whenever necessary; • Contribute strategic insight to strengthen the Phenom brand and support the company’s growth objectives. Requirements • Prior experience leading marketing or communications teams; • Experience managing cross-functional teams involving creative development, copywriting, audiovisual production, and campaign execution; • Ability to translate requirements from diverse departments into clear, prioritized, and executable briefings; • Strategic vision of marketing, communications, and brand positioning; • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously; • Experience with campaign planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking; • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with various departments and leadership levels; • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented profile; • Leadership capability, people development skills, and ability to deliver constructive feedback; • Knowledge of content production, digital and printed materials, and audiovisual assets. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience with education brands, franchises, or national operational networks; • Experience in institutional communication, internal marketing (endomarketing), and promotional campaigns; • Familiarity with task and workflow management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms; • Knowledge of content strategy, branding, and digital presence; • Experience in high-demand environments with multiple stakeholders; • Knowledge of marketing KPIs and campaign performance tracking.
