Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to provide technical management support, involving project analysis, operational routines, and proficiency in technical drawing software. Required Knowledge and Skills: Mandatory: * Experience in reading, analyzing, and interpreting multidisciplinary projects; * Experience in operational routines supporting technical management (reports, spreadsheets, budgets, suppliers); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and technical drawing software; * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. Desirable: * Experience in project coordination (BIM or manual processes); * Familiarity with project management software (Construmanager, ClickUp, MS Project); * Familiarity with coordination and BIM software (Solibri, BIMCollab, Navisworks); * Experience supporting multidisciplinary schedules; * Experience liaising with public agencies for project approvals.
