Review everything you will be responsible for and the requirements for this position: **Your responsibilities include:** Develop color combinations and harmonizations for new products, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and positioning. ✏️ Prepare, update, and interpret sketches, patterns, and technical sheets, ensuring accurate documentation of specifications and garment fit. Define and detail the operational workflow for new products, supplementing technical information and monitoring development timelines. Research fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements, proposing innovations and improvements in patterns, raw materials, and combinations. Identify regional, national, and international cultural influences, translating them into products aligned with target audience expectations. ✨ Contribute to the development of exclusive items by bringing creative ideas and technical solutions. Review and monitor recipes and step-by-step instructions (PAPs), ensuring quality, clarity of information, and adherence to schedules. Provide administrative support for department routines, including organizing tasks and tracking payments to service providers and artisans. Assist in guiding and training the team, promoting the dissemination of best practices. Participate in continuous improvement programs, courses, and training sessions, contributing suggestions and improvement actions. Perform related activities as required by the department. **Required Qualifications:** Relevant professional experience; Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Advertising and Public Relations, Fashion, or related fields; Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence; Proficiency in interpreting and preparing technical sheets and briefings; Knowledge of inputs and techniques used in the handicraft field; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ✏️ Strong verbal and written communication skills; Willingness to work 100% on-site in Gaspar/SC. **Benefits you’ll love:** ️ Free meals at the company.
