Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products in the FLV section, ensuring quality and visual appeal of the product assortment for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain product integrity and presentation for customers. About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on FLV section gondolas and islands; ensuring correct pricing; adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas and islands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on gondolas and islands, in the warehouse and cold chambers; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleanliness of the department; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out); and complying with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Items), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products and items with inadequate quality or appearance, sending them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Ensure and maintain department organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensil cleanliness, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
