Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on refrigerated gondolas and islands, ensuring proper presentation and quality. Key Highlights: 1. About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on refrigerated gondolas and islands; applying correct pricing; and complying with procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets by stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas and islands; applying correct pricing; and complying with procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality assurance and loss reduction by properly storing products on gondolas and islands, in storage areas, cold rooms, and frozen chambers; organizing, sanitizing, and cleaning the section; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation system; and complying with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre-established standards; Monitor and maintain the standard temperature of the frozen chamber, following established rules and standards, performing daily monitoring and maintaining records; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by adhering to daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related tasks as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
