Training on company processes and guidelines Customer Relationship—or RCC for short—is responsible for supporting Unifique customers across various communication channels and on various topics. Our main objective is to ensure customers are satisfied with our service and support, delivering an excellent experience. To achieve this, we train new team members on the general operation of processes, company guidelines, and obligations specific to a telecommunications provider. If you’re eager to learn and help people, feel free to submit your resume with confidence! \=D **This and all other listed positions are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle customer calls and instant messages requesting relocation of the contracted service installation address. * Generate and communicate the customer service protocol number. * Identify and resolve requests, always paying attention and clearly explaining to the customer the actions being taken to resolve the issue. * Adhere to deadlines and rules established by the company or applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Strong communication skills, organization, and responsibility. Availability to attend in-person training. **Preferred Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education. **Additional Information** **Work schedule during training (approximately two weeks):** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00. **Work schedule after training:** Monday to Friday, from 10:12 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 19:00; Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00\.
