About Us GTOP is comprised of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for receiving and inspecting merchandise at the warehouse, verifying weight, quantity, expiration date, and physical integrity against invoices (NFs), reporting any anomalies and/or discrepancies to the supervisor, prioritizing trucks carrying FLV, FLC, meats, bread, and CDs. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to smooth warehouse operations by opening and closing it according to scheduled hours, organizing the scheduling of merchandise receipt, verifying weight, quantity, expiration date, and physical integrity of goods against invoices (NFs), reporting any anomalies and/or discrepancies to the supervisor, and prioritizing trucks carrying FLV, FLC, meats, bread, and CDs; Supervise and guide vehicle maneuvering, as well as loading and unloading of goods; Assist in organizing received merchandise within the warehouse—moving pallets to designated locations, safeguarding them, and promptly reporting packaging violations, thefts, or other incidents to store management; Sort and arrange shipment of unsellable products (e.g., returns) back to suppliers; Cross-check invoices (NFs) with purchase orders, verify delivery deadlines and payment terms, enter data into the internal system after sorting, and forward documents to headquarters; Ensure proper use and maintain organization of the workplace and equipment; Assist in related tasks as required; Request inspection support from butchery and FLV department supervisors to ensure quality; Requirements Prior experience in this field **Academic Qualification:** Completed High School **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – basic level **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Retail Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
