Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and pastries by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers, promote products, clarify inquiries, and comply with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Support production of various bakery-related items by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and applying correct pricing per pre\-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and positive customer engagement; Help reduce losses by organizing displays correctly according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing daily; remove damaged, expired, or unlabeled products from display; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support stocktaking for inventory assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization, cleanliness, equipment, and utensils by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Dr. Nereu Ramos, 1007 Coloninha, Gaspar \- SC **Working hours:** 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
