




Our client is engaged in distribution and is seeking a professional to work as an Import and Export Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Submit purchase orders to overseas suppliers; Monitor customs clearance procedures; Plan and execute international logistics activities; Control logistics costs; Maintain ongoing communication with international suppliers and customers, ensuring operational alignment; Obtain international freight quotations; Finalize the import process; Issue product entry invoices; Prepare reports and performance indicators for import and export operations; Comply with and uphold the company’s internal values and policies; Carry out duties according to the needs and characteristics of the department and/or any additional responsibilities assigned. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Minimum of 2 years’ experience in import and export operations; Availability for engagement as a self-employed contractor (PJ); Proficiency with internet-based tools; Intermediate-level Excel skills; Strong oral and written communication skills; Organizational skills; Sense of responsibility; Dynamism; Assertiveness; Friendliness; Team spirit. **Benefits:** Meal allowance Transportation allowance; Health insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Rio Pequeno **City:** Camboriú **State:** Santa Catarina
