Job Summary: This professional will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, guide users, and ensure compliance and security of the IT infrastructure within a leading-edge laboratory. Assist in implementing security policies and monitoring antivirus software **LEARN ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** " A laboratory equipped with advanced technologies, recognized as a reference in Pathology in southern Brazil. " **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Resolve common hardware, software, and network issues Guide users on the proper use of systems, tools, and IT best practices Install, configure, and update computers, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices. Check machine performance and physical conditions. Ensure software license compliance. Identify connectivity failures and resolve basic issues. Manage user network access (accounts, permissions, passwords). Assist in implementing security policies (passwords, access controls, backups). Monitor antivirus software, updates, and security alerts. Support digital security awareness among employees. Support the IT team in infrastructure expansion or upgrade projects. Prior experience in this role is desirable. **REQUIREMENTS:** Basic knowledge of hardware (assembly, maintenance, component replacement). Software and application installation and configuration. **Basic networking knowledge:** TCP/IP Fundamental information security concepts (antivirus, password policies). Organization and management of IT inventory Strong communication skills for user support Responsibility and confidentiality regarding internal information **EDUCATION:** Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Technology or related fields. **COMPENSATION:** Salary to be discussed based on candidate expectations **BENEFITS:** Health insurance after probation period, meal allowance R$35.00 per day, and transportation allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday \- Business hours. **WORK LOCATION:** Itajaí/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT
