About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling front-counter cashier activities, guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers regarding their daily tasks, approving transactions, providing necessary materials to the team, organizing meetings, and primarily attending to customers—following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—to ensure excellence in customer service and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure execution of operational procedures at the front counter by guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and prescribed methods; perform loading into PDVs (point-of-sale systems) and scales; consult prices; provide and clarify inquiries; monitor cashier transaction discrepancies (cash movements and loss prevention); organize informational and support meetings; and attend to customers across various requests; Ensure accurate execution of daily cash withdrawals and cash register closings, performing physical cash counts and reconciling them with the system to guarantee accuracy in the store’s financial transactions; Guarantee and organize customer flow to avoid queues; Ensure compliance with internal conduct, service, and security policies; Contribute to reducing front-counter losses by proactively minimizing bag waste, potential thefts, and enabling rapid returns of perishable items, etc.; Oversee personnel management regarding shift scheduling, overtime bank, vacation planning, and other work-hour-related demands—through monitoring managerial reports provided by the Human Resources Administration department and by advising employees; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous guidance and feedback, performance monitoring, and technical training; Provide support and assistance in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed high school education **Specific knowledge:** Cashier operations, financial transactions **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working hours:** 12:50–15:00, 16:10–21:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
