Job Summary:
Analyst responsible for technical evaluation of molds and components, identifying problem origins, and acting as a technical filter between Quality and Modeling areas.
Key Highlights:
1. Act as a technical filter between Quality and Modeling.
2. Identify the root cause of issues in modeling and production.
3. Monitor the customer portal for modeling approvals.
**Neighborhood:** Bandenfurt
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
**Your Responsibilities Will Include:**
* Receive and evaluate cut molds and components produced on machines or pre-sewn pieces from subcontractors, assessing fit, measurements, and comparison against the proposed measurement chart;
* Analyze technical feedback from sewing subcontractors and the quality inspection team;
* Evaluate technical specifications, measurement charts, and modeling files;
* Identify the root cause of issues, determining whether they relate to modeling, assembly, production processes, or interpretation of technical specifications;
* Act as a technical filter between Quality and Modeling departments;
* Forward only those occurrences requiring verifiable modeling adjustments to modelers and the coordinator;
* Direct issues of other natures to the appropriate departments (Production, Engineering, Technical Specifications, etc.);
* Align corrective guidance for batches jointly with supervision, communicate information to relevant parties, and verify that internal adjustments have been implemented to prevent recurrence;
* Suggest preventive technical improvements to avoid repetition of failures;
* Support standardization of analyses and technical criteria within the department;
* Monitor the customer portal, reviewing quality comments and modeling approvals to accelerate departmental workflow.
**Requirements to Apply:**
* Solid knowledge of modeling (flat and/or digital);
* Experience interpreting and analyzing technical specifications;
* Proficiency in measurement charts and grading;
* Knowledge of sewing processes;
* Critical analysis and technical diagnostic capability;
* Prior experience in garment manufacturing is a plus;
* Technical or vocational training in Modeling, Apparel, or related fields (or equivalent experience in the mentioned areas);
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Completed Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Production Engineering, or related fields.
