Job Summary: A Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment to ensure the safe and efficient transportation and storage of materials. Key Highlights: 1. A Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment to perform the safe and efficient transportation and storage of materials. This professional must have experience operating forklifts, knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to maneuver equipment in confined spaces. * Operate forklifts for loading and unloading materials, following work instructions and safety regulations * Transport materials to designated storage locations, organizing inventory appropriately * Conduct material verification, checking quantity and quality of handled products * Maintain forklifts in good working condition by performing daily inspections and reporting any issues * Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization, contributing to a safe and productive environment * Report incidents or irregularities to immediate supervisors, ensuring prompt and effective resolution * Collaborate with the logistics team and other company departments, working integrally to achieve established goals and objectives * Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance technical knowledge and forklift operation skills REQUIREMENTS: Relevant work experience. Experience operating Combilift forklifts is preferred. EDUCATION: Completed elementary education. High school diploma is preferred.
