Job Summary: Provide technical support for automotive maintenance, perform operational tasks in the yard/workshop, and organize tools to assist the lead mechanic. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for basic mechanical services and component replacement 2. Operational services such as tire calibration and mounting 3. Tool organization and parts inventory control 1\. Technical support for automotive maintenance * Assist in performing basic mechanical services * Support oil, filter, and fluid replacements * Assist in replacing components (brakes, suspension, exhaust system, etc.) * Observe diagnostics performed by the mechanic 2\. Operational services in the yard/workshop * Perform tire calibration * Assist in tire mounting and dismounting * Conduct wheel balancing and alignment (when trained) * Support vehicle organization in the yard 3\. Tool organization * Sort tools and equipment for assigned tasks * Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization * Store components and tools properly after use * Assist in basic parts inventory control 4\. Support for the lead mechanic * Prepare vehicles for service * Assist during repairs per technical instructions * Retrieve required components and materials * Perform tasks under supervision Compensation: R$2.100,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
