Here, every detail matters — and you can be part of this story! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Conduct international quotations (RFQ), ensuring competitiveness, quality, and on-time delivery; * Lead price, commercial terms, and delivery schedule negotiations with domestic and international suppliers; * Prospect and develop new strategic suppliers for the textile supply chain; * Perform technical and commercial feasibility analyses for products and collections; * Monitor and control collection development, ensuring alignment with timelines and business objectives; * Support import processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations; * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments, aligning commercial and operational requirements; * Support market analysis, trend identification, and opportunity assessment for product and collection development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Fashion, Textile Engineering, Business Management, or related fields; * Minimum 4 years of experience in international trade, sourcing, or international procurement within the textile sector; * Knowledge of textile products and collection management; * Familiarity with customs legislation and import procedures; * Experience negotiating with domestic and international suppliers; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Advanced English for international communication and negotiations; * Analytical and strategic mindset, with strong negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in fashion and textile retail; * Experience developing international suppliers; * Knowledge of cost analysis and product feasibility assessment. **Additional Information** -------------------------- * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required; * We seek dynamic professionals with market insight and a results-driven mindset, capable of strategically managing supplier development and collection planning. **Additional Information** * On-site Medical and Dental Assistance — supporting your health and well-being; * Sports Association — enjoy quality family time; * Education Assistance — continuous learning never stops!
