Job Summary: Professional responsible for testing, maintenance, and development of large-scale machinery, as well as technical support and customer guidance. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical reports and remote assistance **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed technical course in Electronics or Electroelectronics; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license (Category A/B); * Residence in Blumenau. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via WhatsApp and remote support when necessary; * Conduct tests on machinery to analyze potential malfunctions; * Prepare technical reports describing identified issues and applied solutions; * Perform maintenance on large-scale machinery; * Develop and adjust machinery, focusing on resolving customer queries and guiding proper equipment usage; * Submit developed materials to the marketing department, including a detailed script outlining the process and topics covered; * Install machines at customer sites.
