




**PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR** **Objective:** Ensure full compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies by supervising and performing personnel administration routines at the project site, guaranteeing control over attendance, payroll, benefits, hires, terminations, and other legal obligations. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor timekeeping, attendance, work hours, and overtime bank for site employees. * Conduct payroll, vacation, and termination reviews. * Oversee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes at the construction site. * Ensure all employees have updated and properly documented records (medical exams, ASO, registrations, contracts, etc.). * Organize and maintain physical and digital personnel document archives. * Track contract expirations, vacation schedules, and periodic medical exams. * Ensure compliance with CLT regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies. * Support internal and external audits (labor, tax, occupational safety). * Serve as the liaison between the central office (HR/Payroll) and the construction site. * Assist Engineering and Site Administration teams with personnel-related routines. * Provide employee support regarding inquiries on payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and documentation. * Prepare workforce reports, personnel movements, and labor cost analyses. * Assist in budget control and personnel cost planning. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems; * Proficiency in Office Suite (intermediate Excel); * Experience with personnel management systems (e.g., Senior, TOTVS, or similar). * Availability to work 100% on-site.
