Develops and/or monitors process statistical studies (SPC) Develops and/or monitors measurement system analysis (MSA) Participates in and supports development and modification processes led by the Engineering Department (APQP) Participates in and supports FMEA development teams Develops production process quality indicators. Conducts process mapping, work instructions, non-conformance analysis and control, and monitors internal and external audits Supports other senior-level analysts in auditing activities, indicator tracking, documentation review, as well as part inspection and analysis. **Skills and Knowledge** * Knowledge of quality standards; ISO 9001:2015 is desirable * Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP; PDCA, Six Sigma, and Lean are advantageous * Problem-solving skills and strong communication ability to clearly present ideas * Familiarity with internal software such as Data Sul is an advantage **Education** * High school diploma * Preferred education in quality management, mechanical/electrical technician programs; additionally, production engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Administration is advantageous * Relevant certifications in the quality field * Practical experience in the automotive industry – metallurgy or plastic injection experience preferred Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$4,823.78 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Quality control (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
