About the Position We are looking for a **Fullstack Developer**, with strong expertise in automations and internal systems, to support the company’s strategic areas in resolving operational and technological challenges. This role operates end-to-end, responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving web applications, integrations, APIs, and automation workflows—with primary focus on N8N. We seek a technically proficient, organized candidate with strong communication skills across technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities * Develop, enhance, and maintain internal web applications and automations. * Design and maintain automation workflows, with primary focus on N8N. * Integrate systems, services, and RESTful APIs. * Participate in requirements gathering, technical implementation, testing, and documentation. * Ensure stability, scalability, and positive user experience in delivered solutions. * Deeply understand HW’s existing processes, software, and workflows—providing maintenance and proposing continuous improvements. * Support various company departments with efficient and sustainable technical solutions. Requirements * 5+ years of software development experience. * Advanced experience with N8N and complex automations. * Frontend development using React, Next.js, or Vue. * Backend development using Node.js. * Creation and consumption of RESTful APIs. * Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and APIs. * Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. * Adherence to coding best practices and version control using Git/GitHub. * Basic DevOps knowledge: deployment, environment configuration, and domain pointing. * Experience with web scraping using Node.js or Python. * Writing and maintaining unit and/or integration tests. * Strong communication skills and ability to align technical requirements across multiple departments. Preferred Qualifications * Technical English for reading documentation and basic communication. * Familiarity with Docker. * Experience with CI/CD. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Basic understanding of digital marketing and direct response.
