Job Objective: The Mid-Level Data Analyst's main objective is to extract, analyze, and interpret relevant data to support the company's strategic decision-making. By using analytical and technological tools, the professional will contribute to optimizing logistics processes and improving outcomes, ensuring an efficient and integrated operation. Responsibilities: * Develop analytical reports and dashboards presenting crucial information for management, ensuring data is understandable and actionable. * Perform data collection, cleaning, and pre-processing from various sources to ensure data integrity and reliability. * Analyze patterns, trends, and behaviors using statistical techniques, providing insights that will assist in formulating logistics strategies. * Collaborate with other teams, such as information technology and operations, to adjust data collection processes and ensure system integration. * Actively participate in alignment meetings to discuss results and present data-driven recommendations. * Coordinate the implementation of data-based solutions and improvements for optimizing logistics processes. * Guide and support team members on data analysis matters, promoting a learning and development environment. Qualifications: * In-depth knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g.: Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages for statistical analysis (e.g.: R, Python). * Ability to interpret complex data and transform information into actionable insights. * Skill in clearly and concisely communicating results, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences. * Experience in practices involving manipulation and analysis of large volumes of data, including knowledge of SQL databases. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating proactivity in problem-solving. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or related fields. Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles, preferably in the logistics or supply chain area. Prior experience in continuous improvement projects will be a differentiator. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS: Practical knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, familiarity with statistical principles and basic terminology in data science.
