Job Summary: The professional will drive vehicles and operate equipment for waste collection, transport employees, and conduct inspections, ensuring safety and vehicle maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of vehicles and equipment in solid waste collection 2. Focus on safety and vehicle maintenance 3. Interaction with team members and reporting of irregularities **Working Hours: 10:35 PM to 6:07 AM** * Drive vehicles and operate equipment to perform collection services for common solid waste, recyclable waste, special waste, healthcare service solid waste, and general service waste, in accordance with the established route; * Drive the vehicle (bus) to transport employees from mechanical mowing teams; * Request assistance from collectors when performing reverse maneuvers, ensuring the collector is off the step and within the driver's field of vision; * Conduct a vehicle inspection before starting work, complete the checklist, and report any irregularities identified to the immediate supervisor; * Complete the daily log sheet, recording data for production control; * Report to the immediate supervisor information regarding the behavior, productivity, and performance of the collection team, or any incidents, so that necessary measures can be taken; * Ensure proper operation of the vehicle and equipment, taking preventive measures as specified in manuals and regulations; * Report any irregularities in services or collection points to the supervisor; * Maintain the vehicle’s condition by cleaning the cab and notifying the supervisor of the need for corrective or preventive maintenance, as well as tire replacement or rotation; * Take the vehicle to authorized dealerships or workshops for maintenance; * Instruct the team to comply with safety regulations applicable to their work area; * Report workplace or traffic accidents to the supervisor and follow received instructions.
