HR and Personnel Department Analyst
We are seeking an **HR and Personnel Department Analyst** to work strategically and operationally, ensuring the efficiency of people management and personnel administration processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct onboarding, offboarding, and employment termination verification processes;
* Perform payroll closing, vacation calculations, 13th salary, and severance settlements;
* Administer employee benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.);
* Monitor electronic timekeeping systems and working hours;
* Serve as the company’s legal representative in labor hearings and oversee collective bargaining negotiations;
* Experience in union negotiations and collective agreements;
* Prepare HR performance reports (e.g., turnover, absenteeism);
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and ancillary obligations (eSocial, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF, DCTFWeb);
* Experience handling social charges (INSS, FGTS, DARF, Income Tax), Social Connectivity;
* Knowledge of occupational health and safety programs;
* Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees;
* Contribute to organizational climate initiatives and internal communications.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields;
* Proven experience in Personnel Department and generalist HR roles;
* Preferred: In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
* Experience with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems (e.g., Protheus/Totvs, Datamace, Contimatic, or similar);
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and negotiation capability.
