Support in forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and monthly closing. **Senior Controller Analyst** =================================== We are seeking a **Senior Controller Analyst** to monitor and analyze Selgron's financial and operational indicators, ensuring reliable information to support decision-making, results control, financial planning, and business performance improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct financial and managerial analyses of results, costs, and expenses; * Develop and monitor financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs); * Support the development and analysis of forecasts, budgets, and cash flow; * Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures; * Develop managerial reports and dashboards to support executive leadership; * Support monthly closing processes and results consolidation; * Participate in sales pricing and profitability analysis; * Ensure updating and integrity of financial and managerial databases; * Support economic feasibility studies and investment analysis; * Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and departmental automation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controlling, cost accounting, or finance; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, organization, and results orientation; * Ability to interpret and present managerial data effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP system; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Knowledge of designing managerial indicators and dashboards.
