**Job Description:**
Administrative Analyst II – Sports, Culture and Events
Main Responsibilities
Execute procurement and contract processes, including quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, deadline tracking, supplier management, and inventory control;
Perform general administrative tasks, such as issuing, filing, and managing documents; registering participants for sports events; and providing support to students and internal departments;
Organize logistics for travel and field trips, including arranging transportation, purchasing tickets, arranging meals, and addressing other needs identified by departments;
Organize or assist in organizing internal and external sports and school-related events, including logistics coordination, team communication, supplier contracting, scheduling, and supporting activity planning for the department;
Manage and maintain control over school sports, cultural, and event-related materials;
Provide support to teams from the sports and culture departments, as well as to other departments within the institution.
**Requirements:**
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in administrative roles, with focus on procurement and/or event organization.
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
