This individual will be a key player in ensuring **inventory accuracy**, optimizing operational flows, and supporting decision-making within the logistics management team. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure accurate tracking of product entries, exits, and movements in the system; * Coordinate general and cycle inventories, analyzing discrepancies and proposing corrective actions; * Prepare performance reports and inventory metrics (KPIs); * Implement and review control and verification procedures; * Support receiving, storage, and dispatch areas, ensuring data integrity; * Perform analytical work to **identify failures and opportunities for improvement** in logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **inventory analysis and control within logistics operations**; * Proficiency in **advanced Excel** and ERP/WMS systems; * Knowledge of **rotating inventory, ABC curve, and loss management**; * Analytical, communicative profile with attention to detail; * Technical or higher education in **Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields**. **Differentiators:** * Experience in **large-scale logistics operations or road transportation**; * Familiarity with **Power BI** and performance indicators; * Experience implementing process improvements and internal controls.
