A textile factory is seeking a Development Assistant in Gaspar (Sete de Setembro). **Responsibilities:** Support the development of new fabrics by monitoring raw material, color, pattern, and finishing tests. Prepare technical specification sheets, record sample information, and organize departmental documentation. Assist in interfacing between production, quality, and commercial departments, tracking deadlines and necessary adjustments. Previous experience as a Development Analyst, Development Intern, Development Coordinator, or Project Assistant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
